烹飪法
在一箇中等大小的平底鍋中,取全部Veg Makhanwala Mix的內容,½杯牛奶(125毫升)和1杯水(250毫升)。攪拌均勻。加入(250-300克)切好的蔬菜(如青豆、胡蘿蔔、四季豆、花椰菜、土豆等)和幾塊帕內爾。攪拌均勻。蓋上蓋子煮5-10分鐘,直到肉汁變稠。加入2湯匙黃油和1-2湯匙鮮奶油攪拌。

Onion, Edible Vegetable Oil, Skimmed Milk Powder, Sugar, Edible Common Salt, Tomato Powder, Cashew Nut, Garlic, Ginger, Spices & Condiments

RECIPE
In a medium size pan, take entire contents of Veg Makhanwala Mix, ½ cup Milk (125ml) and 1 cup water (250ml). Mix it well. Add (250-300g) cut vegetables (like Green Peas, Carrot, French Beans, Cauliflower, Potato, etc.) with few pieces of paneer. Mix it well. Cook covered for 5-10 min. until the gravy thickens. Stir in 2 tbsp butter and 1-2 tbsp fresh cream.
