烹飪法

Chicken Chettinad Masala Spice Mix

Mother’s Recipe brings you Chicken Curry mix. Prepared using only the freshest ingredients, aromatic spices & a mother’s magical touch.

Onion, Edible Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Edible Common Salt, Ginger, Desiccated Coconut, Chilli, Black Pepper, Spices and Condiments, Curry leaves and Tomato Powder

RECIPE
In a medium-sized pan, saute Chicken pieces (500g Chicken pieces if with bone used or 350g if boneless chicken used) in 1 tbsp oil until they turn light brown. In another vessel take the entire contents of Chicken Chettinad Mix, 11/2 cups of water (350ml). Mix it well. Pour this over the chicken and mix well. Bring it to boil. Cover the vessel and simmer on low flame for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Stop cooking.
