使用方法
在20毫升椰子油中滴入8-10滴阿育王油，然後按摩全身或局部。它能使人放鬆和清爽。
在一杯椰子油中滴入4-5滴阿育王精油，在關節處按摩，可緩解疼痛。
在50毫升的洗髮水中滴入10-15滴精油。它可以舒緩頭髮。
在一品脫的沸水中加入3-5滴精油。在蒸汽中呼吸幾分鐘。每天重複2-4次。這對鼻子和喉嚨有好處。

Ajowan oil is anti-infectious, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, antiseptic, anti-nausea, and a tonic. Ajowan oil is used as a sedative or for whooping cough and toothaches in India. Ajowan oil assists onchitis, skin disease, gas, digestive weakness, cholera, & diarrhea. Ajowan oil is also used as a circulatory stimulant.
USE
In 20 ml of coconut oil put 8-10 drops of Ajowan oil and massage all over the body or locally. It is relaxing and refreshing.
In a cup of coconut oil put 4-5 drops of Ajowan oil and massage on the joints for relief from the pains.
Put 10-15 drops of essential oil to 50ml of shampoo. It soothes your hair.
Add 3-5 drops of the oil in one pint of boiling water. Breathe in the steam for a few minutes. Repeat 2-4 times per day. It’s good for the nose and the throat.
